KYBORA is hiring – we are looking for an experienced Global Finance and Accounting Manager, based in Portugal, who will be responsible for managing the entire finance function for the firm. This includes managing our ERP system (NetSuite), making sure clients are invoiced and suppliers paid on time, ensure payroll is completed accurately for all affiliates, manage working capital, provide accurate financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to each affiliate and on a consolidated basis, prepare budget, and monitor financial performance of the firm. The candidate selected is also expected to manage the various relationships with local suppliers overseeing bookkeeping, payroll, and local tax filing. In addition, he/she is expected to use financial reporting, metrics, analytics, and projections to help build budgets for the affiliates and the company that support investments needed to successfully grow KYBORA.
