What is your role and responsibilities at KYBORA?
I advice on projects focusing on the science, the clinical and regulatory pathways in product development.
What are some of your most proud achievements or accomplishments?
Most of my career has been in the pharma or biotech industry, where I have served as chief medical officer at Squibb Diagnostics, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Mallinckrodt & Esperion Therapeutics. I co-founded three biotech companies: CardioVax, VIA Pharmaceuticals & EpiGen Pharmaceuticals. I have served on the boards of six public companies & currently serve on two: Tonix Pharmaceuticals & Arrowhead Phjarmaceuticals. I am also CEO & on the management team of a SPAC (Special Purpose Acquisition Company).

I serve on the board of two public (Nasdaq) biotech companies: Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals & Tonix Parmaceuticals. I serve as CEO and I am on the management team of a SPAC: Genesis Unicorn Capital Corp (GENQU on Nasdaq).

Would you like to share other interests or passions that are important to you?
My family & I live on a farm (near Princeton) where my wife raises sheep, horses, alpacas, border colliies & cats. I have three sons and five grand children. The youngest son and his family live on the farm next door and it is a pleasure to spend quality time with them and their dog.
