What is your role and responsibilities at KYBORA?
I work as an analyst at KYBORA, supporting cross-border transactions in the life sciences sector. My responsibilities include financial modeling, valuation analysis, preparation of client presentations, and assisting in the execution of M&A, licensing, and fundraising mandates for biotech and pharmaceutical companies.
What are some of your most proud achievements or accomplishments?
What I’m most proud of today is being able to combine my strong interest in financial transactions with a meaningful mission – supporting companies in the pharmaceutical and biotech space. Contributing to a sector that develops life-changing treatments and medicines is both professionally rewarding and personally fulfilling.
Do you have any relevant or notable experience that you would like to highlight?
Before joining KYBORA, I had the opportunity to work at global institutions across several countries, including PwC, BNP Paribas, DNB Carnegie, and J.P. Morgan, where I gained experience in M&A and transaction advisory.

I completed a double degree program and earned a Master of Science in Finance with honors from both the Gothenburg School of Business, Economics and Law and the University of Rome Tor Vergata.
Do you have any hidden talents or hobbies?
Some of my hobbies include reading self-development books, analyzing stocks in the financial markets, and cooking Italian food.
When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?
When I was a kid, I wanted to become a police officer because I admired their role in maintaining justice and helping people.
