Princeton, NJ, September 1, 2026 – KYBORA is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive advisor to Ferring Pharmaceuticals in connection with its strategic partnership with RedHill Biopharma Ltd. (Nasdaq: RDHL) involving Rebyota® and Clenpiq®.
Under the agreement, RedHill has acquired exclusive global commercial rights to Rebyota® and exclusive U.S. commercial rights to Clenpiq®, both for their currently approved indications. Ferring will remain the Marketing Authorization Holder for both products and will continue to manufacture and supply them, while RedHill will assume responsibility for commercialization.
The transaction represents the successful conclusion of Ferring’s strategic review of Rebyota® and supports the company’s broader transformation. The partnership provides Rebyota® and Clenpiq® with a dedicated commercial platform, while further strengthening RedHill’s focused gastroenterology portfolio.
