What is your role and responsibilities at KYBORA?
I use my China and Global healthcare industry experience to help KYBORA and their clients achieve their strategic and business development objectives in China. I offer China market insights, get hands-on in projects, as well as build connectivity in China for KYBORA.
What are some of your most proud achievements or accomplishments?
I have lived and worked in 8 cities as General Manager in leading companies such as Lilly, Roche, Medtronic, BD, UCB, Hospira over 40 years. I worked extensively on business development ranging from product licensing, JVs to acquisitions.
Do you have any relevant or notable experience that you would like to highlight?
At UCB China, more than one third of our sales was from Business Development and at Roche we were partnering on digital health and technologies. I was instrumental in driving JV setups in two of my previous companies. I am currently advising a China healthcare company on its globalisation strategy.
Are you a member of any notable boards, societies, organizations, etc. that you would like to share?
I am on Board of ClouDr, a HK listed Digital Health company.

Undergrad in Computer Science from Australian National University and MBA (Finance) from Ohio State University.
Do you have any hidden talents or hobbies?
I love to travel and have visited more than 70 countries – enjoy the diversity and culture of different countries.
Are you a sports fan? Who are your favorite teams or player?
I enjoy watching soccer, especially Premier League and European Leagues.
